School’s out for Christmas!

dec

It’s finally here! The last day of term! I have made it to Christmas! It’s so crazy how quickly the last 15 weeks have gone! I’m a third of the way through my year. That’s mad! It’s all gone so well though and I feel a lot more rested at this school. Although there are things that have to be done and there are deadlines to be met, you can see why it needs doing and how the children will benefit from putting whatever it is in place. I think that’s the biggest difference. You’re not doing things to go in a folder and collect dust on a shelf. It’s all there for a reason, and, thankfully, it’s for the children to develop and grow as learners and people.

Today we are off to our Carol Service – I do love the singing at this school! And then I get to give out all of their presents and cards and then it’s a whole 2 weeks off! Anyway, to celebrate, I plan on seeing all of my fab friends, eating, drinking, being merry and giving presents! Ahhhhh! So excited!

Enjoy your break, if you’re finishing today too, and enjoy your Christmas drinks and meals. If you are still at work – keep going, it’s only a few days to go! You can do it! IT’S NEARLY CHRISTMAS! :)

Peace and love, Polly May xx
