So, today (well, yesterday actually), I decided to do a ‘photo your day’ type thing to share with all of you, however it didn’t quite go to plan. I went to Freeport Designer Village, which is a designer clothes outlet place about an hour away from my house. I have been a few times, but I was excited to go and buy some new things (especially as there is an amazing Hollister shop there)!
This, however, didn’t happen. I didn’t buy one single thing. There just seemed to be a lot of Autumn / Winter stuff still in the shops and I remembered seeing a lot of the same things when I went to buy Christmas presents in November. It’s such a shame because I was really looking forward to it, and I do know that it’s an outlet and won’t have the ‘current’ things in it. It just hadn’t been updated at all.
Here’s a little Instagram of what I wore today! It was quite cold, but because we were in and out of the shops, I didn’t want to be completely wrapped up. My boots and jacket are both from TK Maxx, jeans and top are from Primark and my bag is from Forver 21. I was all lovely and snug! Haha!
Some excellent tunes on Mumberly’s iPod! It has absolutely nothing to do with her stealing my entire iTunes library the other week! She is just this cool! Hahaha! It felt like a road trip!
Walking in, when we arrived with our hopes high! Haha! It was such a shame that it wasn’t better, but I’m not given up hope, I am just putting it down to the time of year and the fact that they might not have changed over their stock yet. Ever the optimist haha!
And of course, a trip to Freeport wouldn’t be complete without a nice hot Costa cup! Could this picture be anymore Instagram? Haha! Do you remember that I had a little snowman cup last time I instragrammed it?! Oh, I do miss Christmas. Not long… Only 8 months to go! Haha!!
Anyway, I thought I would share my day with you. Just to note, my day did get better as I went out to Zizzi’s (yum!) for my friend’s 22nd birthday! She is getting super old haha! I love giving people presents! Is there a name for someone like that? I just love it! Haha! Fingers crossed my next shopping trip will be a little bit more successful…
